Michelle Springett is an inspiring, dynamic woman who has learned that colour is life! Michelle’s ‘can do’ attitude has allowed her to follow her passion of helping others and now achieves this through Expressive Art Therapy. After 30 years of not painting, Michelle picked up a paintbrush and instantly knew that art was great therapy for soul connection.
Michelle has pivoted many times herself – divorce, graphic designer, mother, funeral director, and now Expressive Art Therapist – which she believe is a wonderful combination of all her life’s experiences, rolled into one tool that can benefit you!
“My life’s experiences have been wide and varied and the learnings have been deep and downright uncomfortable! Writing a book about my cheating (first) husband gave me huge insight into relationships.
Since then, I’ve re-invented myself (a few times) over the decades – Admin Extraordinaire (organisational skills), Graphic Designer (creative), Funeral Director (empathy and understanding), and now Expressive Art Therapist – which I believe takes a piece of all my life’s experiences into one tool that can benefit so many!
So I definitely know about pivoting and starting over.
I know we are all great women doing the best that we can and I’m looking forward to meeting you and helping you on your journey in life!”
