Stand out as an Authentic Female CEO!

Taking on the CEO role for a not-for-profit (NFP) organization supporting vulnerable members and depending mainly on volunteers is no mean feat. 
Anne, with her wide range of experience working with NFP, government, and vulnerable communities, was a godsend.  
With her genuine empathy and understanding of the challenges I faced, I leave my sessions with Anne always feeling recharged and motivated.   She is a great sounding board for my ideas and helps me stay focused and strategic. Anne has been my mentor for 15 years. To provide context – I started my career in film production from the ground up and now own my own production company. She has been by my side from day one. In fact, I don’t think I have ever made a significant career move without Anne’s guidance. I certainly would not be in the position I am today without her knowledge and support. 
Anne has a unique ability to sense what you need and the outcomes you want – even when you may be unsure what it is you’re actually seeking. Other times – I have known clearly where I’ve needed to go, but hesitant about the moves to make to get there – she’ll guide that too. I think her advice works in any case, because of Anne’s innate ability and intuition to ask the right questions. She’ll always end up telling me I already knew the answers but – it’s the way she gets you there that makes you feel like you can conquer the world. 
There is no one like Anne. I truly don’t know what I would do without her – and highly recommend her to other women as a mentor.

Having someone like Anne who I trusted and respected, was invaluable.  These discussions created the space for me to talk.
